How to prepare your entries
1. Choose which categories you want to enter
Each company can enter up to 3 project categories with 1 entry in each category.
The project categories are Brand Interiors, Construction, Exhibitions, Leisure & Hospitality, Live Events, Museums & Galleries, Retail: In-store, Retail: Windows, Roll-out and The Green Award
In addition you can also enter 1 company of the year category, and nominate 1 person for the rising star category.
All project category entries must have been produced between 1st May 2022 and 30th April 2023.
2. Prepare your entry statement
We've prepared a guide here with some tips to help you put together a winning entry.
3. Gather your high quality photos & vector logo
You can include up to 10 photos with your entry, and will also need to upload your logo in a vector format.
4. Create your free login & submit your entry
The rules:
- You may enter 1 project per category and can enter 3 project categories, 1 company of the year category, and nominate 1 person in the rising star category.
- Project entries must be for commercial work undertaken by the printing company entering the awards for a paying customer.
- Entries must have been designed, produced (using digital printing equipment) & installed by the company entering the awards.
- All projects must have been completed between 1st May 2022 and 30th April 2023 and cannot have been entered in to a UK Graphic Awards contest in a previous year.
- Entrants must not reference their company name or any specific equipment or consumables manufacturers in their entry statement, to protect the impartiality of the judging process.
- Entrants must have obtained the permission of their customers to enter their work into the awards.
- The decision of the organisers is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Equipment & consumables manufacturers, suppliers and resellers are not eligible to enter.
- Entries received after the deadline will not be automatically accepted. Acceptance / inclusion of late entries is entirely at the organisers' discretion.
- Entries may be moved to a different category at the discretion of the organisers.
- By entering the awards you agree to all information and images being published on the websites and in the publications and marketing materials of the organiser for the purposes of promoting this and future events and initiatives.
- You give the organisers your express permission to use any entries received in full or part for marketing and promotional purposes in publications on websites and anywhere else they choose to do so.
